It’s time for the second Camp NaNoWriMo Challenge!
As many of you know, the Camp NaNoWriMo Challenge starts July 1—so let’s get writing!
For those of you who don’t know (or don’t remember), NaNoWriMo is the nonprofit organization that runs National Novel Writing Month and Camp NaNoWriMo—time-limited challenges that encourage writers to commit to and engage with their craft.
And Bookflow is an OFFICIAL SPONSOR of Camp NaNoWriMo!
Unlike the signature National Novel Writing Month challenge in November, Camp NaNoWriMo doesn’t require that you commit to writing 2,000 words every single day, or even that you work on a novel. You can work on a single project in any format or genre—memoir, nonfiction, poetry, you name it—and set a goal that feels comfortable for you.
Every Genre, Any Pace
At Bookflow, we’re all about growth mindset, craft mastery, and encouragement. Some people thrive when they stretch themselves to write 2,000 words a day. Some people struggle with that pressure. That’s why Camp NaNoWriMo is our ideal event: it encourages showing up daily to do the work that only you can do at the pace that suits you.
Camp NaNoWriMo runs throughout the month of July. If you sign up for the (free) challenge on their website, you can earn both virtual and real-world prizes and rewards! Best of all—you can now sync your project in Bookflow to Camp NaNoWriMo!

I hope you’ll join me in setting a challenge and making a commitment to your art.
